The Stranger - POSTPONED

Following recent government guidance in relation to the Omicron variant and the rapid rise in Covid cases, we have taken the very difficult decision to postpone the show until early next year. Having consulted both the venue and the creative team, I think this is the most responsible approach to take given the circumstances..

I’m obviously gutted to have to do this but I believe it is the best decision given the potential risks to both the audience and our production team. I am not willing to compromise people’s health or wellbeing or the quality of experience just so the show could go ahead. I hope you understand.

I also appreciate that some of you have made plans and arranged travel and accommodation so I wanted to make this decision now and give people plenty of notice to cancel/change plans.

The past two years have been very difficult for the creative arts industry, as it has been for many others. Just as it looked to be getting back to some level of normality we suffer another setback. I really appreciate the support you have given me during this time, supporting my work both online and through private/corporate bookings where appropriate. I sincerely thank you for that and hope I can repay this in the future.

I’m really hoping we will be able to reschedule the show for sometime in early 2022. I can’t wait to share it with you.

All tickets will remain valid and I’ll do my best to ensure everyone is accommodated if they need to swap nights etc. I will communicate all updates by email through Eventbrite and on my social media channels and of course, at www.ryankdavidson.com.
